At Balloons by Victoria, we know that plans can sometimes shift. That’s why we provide a flexible cancellation policy. When you book with us, you'll pay in full upfront, but if you need to cancel at least 7 days before your event, you’ll receive a 75% refund. If you cancel within the week of the event, we’ll issue a credit to your account for future use. This ensures you have peace of mind as you plan your special celebration!
