Regarding Cancellations and Rescheduling: There is a 100% fee for DAY OF cancellations. If you need to reschedule, please notify our team at least 48 hours in advance. Additionally, deposits for booked services are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled/rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable, to secure your booking and ensure commitment.
